I have always used Lusas Plumbing but extremely disappointed with recent experience. They came and looked at job required. Spent time discussing works. I had to chase up quote after 4 weeks as it was delaying our renovations just to be told they are no longer installing outside drains.

Since visiting your property, we have significantly scaled back our business and no longer undertake larger drainage installations due to man power. Unfortunately, this change meant we were unable to assist with the works you required.

We have completed a number of jobs for you over the years and appreciate the support you have shown our small family business. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and wish you all the best with your renovations.
